Payment Plan Available

Payment Plan is available, on items that are in stock there is a 25% down payment and 1 to 4 payment schedule, on items that have to be ordered there is a 50% down payment and 1 to 4 payment schedule, Payments must be maid weekly, by weekly or contact us to set up spacial schedule, Once you sign the agreement and submit the payment the transaction can not be canceled, the item will be shipped once the balance is paid in full. Contact us to set up a payment plan. All sales are final, there will be no refunds or credits.

What are the details about receiving free shipping on an order?

All prom and formal evening dress orders within the continental U.S. will receive free ground shipping.

What are the shipping charges for international orders?

We guarantee the most efficient shipment for all international orders. Cost of international shipments depend on destination and can be broken down as follows: . Please note that all international shipments will take additional time (at least 2 weeks), as they travel through customs.

How long does a special order take?

Every dress is different. If the dress is in stock at the company, we can get it in 3-10 days. If the dress needs to be made, it can take from 6-12 weeks. If the dress is already in production, it can be 2-3 weeks. Please note that all international special order will take additional time (up to a few weeks), as they travel through customs.

How do I know which size is best for me?

Each company has a unique sizing guide with measurements that include bust, waist, and hips. It is suggested that you take into consideration the type of fabric and style of the dress, as this also influences sizing. CatNip Boutique has a NO refund, return, exchange, or cancellation policy. Formal dresses are a special occasion item, which means that some may only wear the dress once and then try to return it.
Also, we special order your dress in the size and color that YOU choose. We are a retailer and cannot return the dress to the manufacturer from which we order your dress. Our policy is clear because we want you to know everything before you buy.
Measurements: Remember, Please Measure carefully! You are measuring your own size and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for measuring the incorrect size. The dress is made to the measurements in the size chart. Be sure to pick the largest of your three measurements. Nearly ALL customers need Alterations. All of the dresses are 58"-60" from base of neck to floor. Any gown that is too long may easily be hemmed (even beaded gowns) . Straps may also need to be adjusted, especially if you are short waisted. If you have questions regarding measuring please feel free to contact us via email. The measurements you give us regarding our policy apply to all items sold including clothing, shoes, and accessories.
ONLINE SALES. Once you place an order, we will check the availability of your dress through the manufacturer to ensure we can get the dress by your Wear Date. If the item you order is not in our store stock, we will contact the manufacturer direct in attempt to special order your gown. If your dress is in stock at the manufacturer and we can assure ourselves we can deliver it to you by your wear date, we will then proceed with the order and notify you of the expected ship date. If the dress is not available from the manufacturer, your credit card will not be charged. We will then contact you to inform that it is not available and ask if you have another dress that you wish to check the availability. All of our merchandise is carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. Orders placed after 3:00 PM pacific / standard time on a business day will be processed the next business day.
SPECIAL ORDERS    All special orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit to place the order.
Shipping costs paid by customer.
The balance due within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, (we will call the customer to inform about arriving of merchandise). After 7 days not paid merchandise will be placed in stock for resale without refund. Customer can call and inform us about any problems for pick up (as not being  In town or others) to postpone the payment for another 7 days or make storage arrangements.
Storage arrangements can be made for a fee of $50 (Regular Gown) or $100 (Wedding & Bowl Gown) per month.
There is no cancellation of special order for any reasons.
When a special order is placed, this means that we have ordered item of your choice (color, style, size). Sizes from 18+ are extra charge.
Sizes suggested according to the size furnished by manufacturer, but the final decision regarding size is the customer responsibility. This not means however, that gown will be custom made for you, so alteration is usually needed to obtain the perfect fit. A hem if the dress being most common.
Gowns must be paid in full prior alteration being done.
Alterations have to be prepaid. We do not require that your alteration be done here, but service is available for you. Alterations are done by a third party,  CatNip Boutique is not liable for any damage to gowns do to Alterations.
Fitting require shoes and proper undergarment.
Dresses purchased here will be complimentary (once) steamed for you before dress will leave the store.
Allow 12-16 weeks for delivery. It is important to remember, that the dresses will be made according manufacturers production schedule. Order will be delivered by particular wear date provided by customer. The rush cut is available in some manufactories for extra fee.
Bridesmaid dresses need to be order together to ensure proper dye-lot.
LAY-AWAY- Lay-away payment are 1/3 of price of merchandise deposit will hold purchased merchandise for 30 days, 2/3 – the second and third month the final payment. There is no extra fee for Lay-away.
Lay-away forfeiture – monthly payment must be received by CatNip Boutique by the date show in lay-away agreement.
Merchandise on lay-away not paid in time, will be returned in stock for resale without refund. However, we also notify the customer about missing payment. The deposit cannot be used for purchase of another item.
PROM – All prom Girls must be accompanied by a Parent  to be able to try on the gowns.
SWEET 16 ~ QUINCEANERA - All Sweet 16~Quinceanera Girls must be accompanied by a Parent  to be able to try on the gowns

In the event of legal proceedings, consulting with or use of an attorney,  Attorney’s fee will be paid by customer.
