Wrong Size? Wrong Style? No Problem ...
Contact us via email at returns@catnipboutique.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, if you want to return your purchase. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RA). Please ship the returned items to our warehouse within 5 days of receiving your order.

No return will be accepted without a CatNipBoutique.com Return Authorization Number.
No RA or Credit will be issued after 48 hours of order delivery.
No credit will be issued on worn merchandise.
No credit will be issued if any tags or labels are removed from the merchandise.
No credit will be issued on Final Sale items.
Shipping charges and Rush fees are not refundable.
Return all items in the original packaging (including hangers for dresses and boxes for shoes).

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 5 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs, based on the original form of payment, subject to item availability. Final sale and non-returnable merchandise has a strict no return/no exchange policy. A restocking fee of 25% of the retail value of each item returned will be charged on all returns of three or more items per order. Please Note: Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 7 days of your receipt date will be returned to you.

The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 75% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.

Special Orders

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on special order items.

Refunds

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card). Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. All returns are processed within 30 days of receipt. We will credit your card the cost of the dress minus any shipping charges. Please refer to your invoice to calculate your shipping charges.

Special Orders

Special orders are made especially for you. Special Orders are FINAL SALE. When debating between more than one dress, please order one dress at a time. We will gladly exchange one dress for another. More than one dress on one order will be a final sale.
Please note: Dress sizes 16 and up are Special Orders. Sizes above 16 are Final Sales and can not be returned.

Shipping

We ship UPS or USPS
The actual amount will be shown on your invoice.

We ship internationally. (Some restrictions apply.)
If the item is returned, The shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Ordering Information

We keep most items in stock and will ship within 48 business hours. When items are not in stock you will be notified by email and you will get the option to back order. We will need to know your Wear Date. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless we have it in stock and ready to ship. For your protection, orders will be shipped only to the billing address of the credit card. If you want us to ship to a different address, simply fax your request with a photocopy of your driver license, credit card and the new shipping address. To add an alternate address to your credit card, simply contact the customer support number located on the back of your credit card. After adding the alternate address to your credit card, contact Shopdress Customer Support at Contact Us or by dialing 1-718-429-0904, alerting them of the addition.

Customs Fees

International orders will incur a customs fee. You are responsible for paying the customs and import duties. We cannot determine in advance what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
Please Note: If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is in process. If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order please call one of our customer service representatives at 718-429-0904.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is only charged on orders billed to residents of New York State.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Money Orders and CatNip Boutique Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal cheques, certified cheques or COD.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.

Important Note:

First time customers are subject to credit card authorization. When your credit card is authorized, your funds will be put on hold until the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped the payment is processed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any of the information differs, the order will not be processed.

If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, we are required to verify this information with your credit card company. As a result, your order may be subject to delay. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the verification process. To help us expedite this process, we ask that you register your alternative shipping address with your credit card company. Be sure to mention this alternative address is for shipping purposes only.

Debit Cards
You may pay using a Debit Card. Once you place your order, your funds will be put on hold until the hold is taken off or the payment is processed (which ever is sooner). Once the order is shipped the payment will be processed and the funds will be deducted from your account. Please Note: While your funds are being held, you will not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 - 5 business days; however, this may vary from bank to bank.

Money Orders

To place an order using a Money Order you must contact a Customer Service Representative at 718-429-0904 Monday to Friday, between 9AM-6PM EST.

Gift Certificates

You may pay for your order using an CatNip Boutique Gift Certificate. During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter the gift certificate code in the field “Coupon or Promotional Code”. The value of the gift certificate will be deducted from your order total. If the value on your gift certificate is more than your order total, your order total will be deducted from your gift certificate and you will be able to use the balance toward future purchases. If the value on your gift certificate is less than your order total, your gift certificate will be deducted from your order total and you will be required to pay the balance of your order total using another payment method.

PRICING

CatNip Boutique prides itself on fair pricing practices and makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of its prices, however, despite our best efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is higher than our stated price, we will notify you of the situation. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount.

Price Matching

Did you see something on CatNip Boutique that you saw for a lower price somewhere else? If you find the same item for a lower price at another online retailer and can prove the item’s lower price, we will match the price. This applies before you place your order only. Size

Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size. We try to make as many available right here as possible. Be sure to measure carefully. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a gown that is too large, but you can’t let it out if your order too small. If your measurements are on the border it is usually wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit.
